Structural Design
All packaging projects start with our in-house design team. Our team will work with you to determine the best design to encompass the structural integrity & ease of assembly while attractively promoting your product. Our designers create your optimal packaging solution based on the fragility, shape, size and weight of your product, shipping method, retailer and brand image.
From there, physical samples and 3D renderings are provided back to you so you can make sure that we have engineered the perfect fit for your product!

Graphic Design and Prepress
At Wasatch Container, the path between the art tables of our Graphic Design studio and the desks of the Prepress Department is a busy one! Why? It’s because of the communication and collaboration required by our teams to create the lines, artwork, tooling, color-matching and mechanical instructions on the renderings that inform every one of our products. 3-D Renderings
Years in the industry has taught us that a physical sample doesn’t always ‘make the cut.’ Some of Wasatch Container’s most loyal customers require 3-D renderings so that their future packaging products can be considered from every angle. It’s a modern solution for some of our most discerning customers and it is one we would be happy to offer to you.

Sample Cutting
The collaboration that results in either a 2-D or 3-D rendering is what gets us to the exciting part of creating a sample for you on the modern digital cutting tables at Wasatch Container. The prototype of your packaging will be built using the corrugated ‘test,’ or material substrate, we have selected based on our combined expertise. The hands-on testing that our samples provide is a time-honored step toward perfection in custom packaging.

Assembly
Every day, we produce high-quality e-commerce units, point-of-purchase floor displays, endcaps, and sidekicks. We also employ a hard-working team to put them all together when our customers don’t have the time, space, or resources to do so.
We can also assemble fully-loaded counter displays, PDQs, and pallet displays of all sizes. No matter the scope of your project, we are confident we have the people to get it done!
